Hey Predator! was the six-piece nerd/mathrock/postpunk precursor to what would later become Girl Arm. Featuring aggressive contrapuntal guitar lines that weave in and out of accordance, concise yet expressive drumming, and passionately drawn poetic exorcisms – Hey Predator! expelled way more emotion than to be expected from such a humble group of lab technicians, a literature major and a cabinet maker. Spit Smoke, Black Factories (2009) & foxholes atheists and so forth (2010) were originally released on Aribin Sillah and later found a new hertiage here at Stack Your Roster.
